The setting is perfect and easy, close to shopping places, West Edmonton Mall, and many restaurants. The room is newly remodeled and extremely pleasant with a TV and queen beds.

The location is great and convenient, especially in the breakfast area. The hotel is very close to West Edmonton Mall and other shopping areas.- The night shift staff members are fantastic.

They gave me a neat and exceptional room with easy access from downtown and TV. The location was decent - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go.
Some of the staff were very rude.

Clean hotel in a new building short walk to a major center as Edmonton and West Edmonton Mall and several large shopping centres and the common areas. Reasonably priced, tidy and relaxing room with kitchen. Great and absolutely perfect location to everything I was looking for, easy to get around.

False location advertising. Its not 'at the mall' its about 5+ blocks away... Not within a walking distance.... That was disappointing.

Convenient location, just a short 0.5-mile hop to the local airport – easy peasy to get to. Situated in a really nice area. Opted for a room on the 3rd or 4th floors. 🌟

Clean, Well trained staff and friendly, free reakfast, parking availability, Pool and hot tub. Expense of stay was less then expected.
The elevator was so slow with extended waits for it.
